The rooms were cozy and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety. The location was great, near the metro and tramway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was also well-maintained, with the bedsheets and counterpane changed every day. it was a good value for money.
There were some minor issues. The soundproofing in the rooms was not the best, as we could hear noise from outside and from the neighboring rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Yenikapi metro station and Aksaray Tram station. It is also conveniently located near a lot of good restaurants and is close to everything with awesome transportation. it is easy to get to from the new Istanbul airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is filling and there is a big room available to store baggage.
The cleaning of the hotel is poor.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station which made getting around the city so easy. The service was excellent, I had everything I needed from room service to tours and airport shuttle. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The spa was also a great addition to my stay, offering a relaxing sauna, massage, and Turkish bath, all in a beautiful garden setting.
I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Decent breakfast, super comfortable bed, rooms looking very nice and clean. Close to the subway and tram stations. Friendly staff. Overall a nice hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Marmara Place! The location was perfect, just a minute away from the metro station and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was kind and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was satisfying, and we enjoyed the amazing views from the 7th-floor restaurant. The price was also reasonable, especially for multiple nights.
